1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using services offered by the TomorrowLand Attraction Center, operated by TML KRAKÓW SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, located at ul. Floriańska 5, 31-019 Kraków, Poland, registered in the National Court Register under number 0001016790, NIP: 6751777235, REGON: 524343674 (hereinafter: "Operator").

2. The TomorrowLand Attraction Center offers entertainment services including: VR attractions (virtual reality), laser room, infinity room, UV labyrinth, dance room, music room, and other attractions available in the offer.

3. Using the Center's services means acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

4. The Terms and Conditions are available at the Center's premises and on the website.

1. Bookings can be made online through the website or in person at the Center.

2. Online booking requires providing personal data: first name, last name, email address, and phone number.

3. Payment for services can be made online (before the visit) or on-site at the Center.

4. For online payments, a deposit is collected as specified in the booking process. The remaining amount is payable on-site.

5. Service prices are specified in the current price list available on the website and at the Center.

6. The Operator reserves the right to change the price list.

1. Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled visit.

2. In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the visit, the deposit is non-refundable.

3. Changing the booking date is possible free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled visit, subject to availability of the new date.

4. Failure to appear for a booking without prior notification results in forfeiture of the deposit.

5. In case of delay exceeding 15 minutes, the Operator has the right to cancel the booking without refunding the deposit.

1. The following minimum age restrictions apply to individual attractions:

• Dance Room, Music Room: from 3 years old

• Laser Room: from 4 years old

• Infinity Room, VR Visual, UV Labyrinth: from 6 years old

• VR Racing: from 7 years old

• Mixed Reality: from 8 years old

• VR Active (Meta Quest headsets): recommended from 13 years old according to manufacturer recommendations

2. Children under 13 may use VR attractions (headsets) only in short sessions (up to 15 minutes) and under parental/guardian supervision.

3. Minors may use the Center's services only under adult supervision or with their written consent.

4. The Operator reserves the right to refuse service to persons who do not meet the age requirements.

1. VR (virtual reality) attractions cannot be used by persons:

• Suffering from epilepsy or having a history of seizures

• With balance disorders or vestibular system diseases

• With serious vision defects (especially strabismus, amblyopia)

• Pregnant (consultation with a doctor is recommended)

• With implanted medical devices (pacemakers, hearing implants) — VR controllers contain magnets

• With serious heart or circulatory system diseases

2. Persons prone to motion sickness should use VR attractions with caution. In case of nausea, dizziness, or other ailments, immediately stop using the attraction.

3. VR is not recommended for persons under the influence of alcohol or intoxicants.

4. In case of any alarming symptoms during use of attractions, immediately inform the staff.

5. Using physical attractions (Laser Room, Labyrinth) requires appropriate physical fitness.

6. The Operator is not responsible for health consequences resulting from the Customer concealing information about their health condition.

1. Customers are obliged to follow the instructions of staff and Center personnel.

2. Before starting to use an attraction, staff conducts a safety briefing.

3. It is forbidden to use attractions in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.

4. Bringing food, drinks, and dangerous objects into the Center is prohibited.

5. Smoking tobacco and e-cigarettes is prohibited on the Center's premises.

6. The Operator reserves the right to interrupt or refuse services to persons behaving inappropriately, aggressively, or posing a threat to others.

7. Personal belongings should be left in designated places. The Operator is not responsible for their loss or damage.

1. The Operator makes every effort to ensure the safety of using attractions.

2. The Operator is not liable for damages resulting from non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions, operating instructions, or staff instructions.

3. The Operator is not liable for damages caused by force majeure or events beyond its control.

4. The Customer is liable for damages caused by themselves or persons under their care to the Operator's or other Customers' property.

5. The Operator is not responsible for any health consequences resulting from use of attractions by persons who should not use them for health reasons.

1. Complaints can be submitted in writing to the Operator's registered address or by email to: info@tomorrowland.pl

2. The complaint should include: contact details, description of the problem, and expected resolution.

3. The Operator handles complaints within 14 days from the date of receipt.

4. The Customer will be informed of the complaint resolution in writing or by email.

1. Vouchers purchased on the website have no expiration date — they remain valid indefinitely.

2. A voucher can be used once and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. Vouchers can be redeemed with a prior booking or directly on-site at the Center.

4. The Operator is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers.

1. The Operator reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions. Changes take effect from the moment of their publication on the website.

2. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, Polish law applies.

3. Any disputes will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Operator's registered office.

4. These Terms and Conditions come into effect on December 30, 2025.
