When planning a birthday party at TomorrowLand, parents often ask about how the activities are organized, which attractions are available, whether guardians need to be present, and how the group is managed. Below, we answer the most frequently asked questions.
1. From what age can birthday parties be organized at TomorrowLand?
We recommend birthday parties at TomorrowLand for children from around 6–7 years old and above.
2. What is the minimum and maximum number of participants for a birthday party?
There is no minimum number of participants.
A maximum of 20 people can take part in a birthday party.
3. Which attractions will the children use?
All of our attractions are available during birthday parties. You can see the full list in the Attractions section on our website.
However, it may not always be possible to try every attraction during a single booking, as going through all the zones takes approximately 2.5 hours.
When making a reservation, you choose how long the children will play:
1 hour,
1.5 hours,
2 hours.
During the selected time, children can use the attractions that interest them the most.
4. Do all children use the attractions together?
It depends on the number of participants.
Each room can accommodate an average of around 4 people. For larger groups, the children are divided into smaller teams and use the attractions in groups.
5. How many assistants are assigned to a group?
There is 1 assistant for every 5 children.
The assistants help children use the attractions, explain the rules, and guide the group between the different zones.
6. Can children use the attractions without their parents?
During the booking, it is best for at least one adult guardian to remain nearby.
Children from around 10 years old can use the attractions without the direct presence of a parent or guardian.
After the activities, when the children return to the birthday room, an adult guardian should be present there.
7. When should the final number of participants be confirmed?
Please confirm the final number of participants 2 days before the reservation date.
8. What happens if we booked for 10 people but only 5 attend?
You only pay for the people who actually take part in the booking.
So, if the reservation was made for 10 people but only 5 attend, payment will be charged for 5 participants.
